Master Suite

The master suite is the largest of all the bedrooms. It has a Hollywood-style dressing room, a private sundeck and a free-standing bathtub from which you can enjoy stunning sea views.

It is located separately from the main building. This suite rivals the property’s master suite. The suite consists of beautiful decorations and furniture and offers wonderful views of the garden.

Apartment 2

Apartment 3

Apartment 4

Situated in the main building overlooking the sea. A suite that shares a large bathroom with an adjoining room, making it ideal for families or those traveling with children.

Apartment 5

It offers direct access to the garden and a shared bathroom with the neighboring apartment.

Apartment 7

A space for your personal staff who travels with you, or the perfect place for teenagers and children. This apartment is separated from the main building.

Meals and entertainment

Both our indoor and outdoor dining areas were designed to accommodate you and your guests, up to 22 people in comfort and luxury. The kitchens are perfectly set up to seamlessly take you from sun-kissed breakfasts to dinners under the stars with our made-to-order dishes. Bar areas are the perfect place to spend time with guests as the sun goes down. Our chefs are always on hand to ensure that all your culinary requirements are met.

Fitness and Spa

Stay fit with our state-of-the-art Peloton machines, free weights and fitness technology found in our purpose-built gym. The tranquil treatment room provides space for everything your heart desires, with the Wellness team available on request to offer every type of treatment you could wish for. A dedicated yoga terrace is the perfect place to exercise.

Service excellence

To ensure you have a peaceful and hassle-free stay, we carefully select dedicated staff who are on call 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. They will be happy to take on any duties related to your catering needs, cleaning, laundry, gardening, grocery delivery, leaving you free to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. The villa also allows you to organize weddings – events for up to 30 guests in April, May, June , September and October.

Cleaning:

Typically, two cleaners work in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., this is the busiest time slot, to clean rooms, common areas and the gym. If these times do not suit you, we can arrange for a team to do this at another time.

Food and drinks

Chefs work once in the morning and once in the afternoon, but this is of course flexible, depending on your preferences. The waitress is available 8 hours a day, according to your preferences. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served family style, at flexible hours. We will cover the additional staff costs required to serve a maximum of 16 people and the staff to guest ratio will be as follows:

Service

• Maximum 8 people: 1 chef, 1 waitress.
• From 8 to 12 people: 2 cooks, 1 waitress.
• From 12 to 16 people: 2 cooks, 2 waitresses.

For services involving more than 16 people, additional staff costs are borne by the client.

Food and drinks

Alcoholic drinks and food are not included in the price.

Security

The villa does not have security, if the client needs such a service, we are able to organize it, the cost is borne by the client.
